Dedicated Next Life Cleaning LLC- Complete Booking Instructions

Thank you for choosing Dedicated Next Life Cleaning! We’ve designed our booking process to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free, so your space gets the care it deserves. 

Build your quote, review your selections, and complete checkout. Your booking request becomes a confirmed appointment only after the required verification and approval.

Select service, number of bedrooms,  and full bathrooms that match your space.

• If you have a half bathroom (sink & toilet only), select the ½ Bathroom Add-On, Otherwise skip this option.
• Review service description, information and time estimates . All estimates vary based on the number of rooms and service type.
• Select an available Date & Time . Tap BOOK to add to your cart for quote. The BOOK button adds service to your cart for quote review; it does don’t confirm your appointment . All required steps must be completed before confirmation 
• If no times are available for selected dates choose another date. 
• You may add multiple services to quote before checkout . Repeat selection process for any other services needed. 
• Review your cart carefully. Your cart allows you to review your quote before payment . Pricing is subject to review based on space condition and selected service. Any discrepancies will be communicated before service.
• Optional Add-Ons available: 13 options including an additional Refresh Kit. This is separate from the Refresh Kit included in your service -that is a complimentary item to ensure a fresh start for your space.
  

All add- on services are available at an additional fee and are not included in based pricing unless specifically stated

• All prices are subject to Sales Tax (TX) at the applicable rate (8.25% in Dallas, TX).
• Total cost will automatically calculate before tax, tax amount, and total on your booking screen.

Pay for bookings in the way that works best for you:

Regular Bookings

Option 1: Pay the 50% non-refundable deposit at checkout 

Option 2: Pay the full service amount upfront if you prefer at checkout 

Any remaining balance is due after service completion. 

For Promotional Booking: 

• A full payment is required at checkout to receive the promotional rate.
• The final booking screen will display a summary of your selections and add ons added to your cart along with the total price and available payment options. 
• Payment alone does not mean your appointment is fully confirmed. Continue to verification 

Promotional offers provide the best value. Any discrepancies will be communicated before the service.

The final booking screen will show a summary of your selections and totals- This is your quote, allowing you to review everything before any payment is processed.

Note: Base pricing depends on the condition of your home. Any discrepancies between your selection and the actual space will be communicated before the service.

Please complete after submitting your booking. After checkout select Complete Verification on our homepage. 

Enter the same name, phone number, email address, and service address used during booking. Upload clear, current photos of every area included in your cleaning service. These photos help Dedicated Next Life Cleaning review the property’s condition, prepare the correct supplies, and confirm that the selected service matches your needs.

Before submitting:

• Make sure all photos are clear and well-lit.
• Include the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and any areas needing extra attention 
• Create a private four-digit booking PIN. You or the authorized person at the property may be asked to provide this PIN when the cleaning specialist arrives.
• Confirm that you are authorized to request cleaning services at the property.

Your appointment is not fully confirmed until your verification has been reviewed and you receive a booking or payment confirmation from Dedicated Next Life Cleaning LLC.

After payment and verification you should receive

• Email confirmation

• Invoice (including base price, any add-ons, tax, deposit and total owed at end of service)

• Welcome packet with policies, tips, and expectations

• Client verifies details and prepares property access (lockbox, key, arranged instructions).

Clients must:
• Confirm booking details match submitted information
• Agree to all service terms, policies, and booking conditions

By submitting payment, the client agrees to complete verification step requirements and accepts the applicable pricing, service, and booking conditions.
