Dedicated Next Life Cleaning LLC – Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the cleaning services provided by Dedicated Next Life Cleaning LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) to the client (“Client,” “you”). By scheduling or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Our services include professional cleaning, optional Refresh Shopping and delivery, optional put-away, and additional service options as described herein.

2. Scope of Services

Dedicated Next Life Cleaning provides professional cleaning services tailored to client needs. Services include, but are not limited to:

Kitchen & Bathroom Focus Cleaning – Deep cleaning of high-use areas, including surfaces, fixtures, and appliances as specified.
Basic Carpet & Surface Focus Cleaning – Spot cleaning and surface maintenance for carpets and common surfaces.
Optional Refresh Shopping & Delivery – Purchase and delivery of household or cleaning supplies.
Optional Put-Away / Setup Services – Unpacking, organizing, and placing purchased items in designated areas.

Service areas and tasks may vary based on client requests, property conditions, and safety considerations.

2A. Service Area & Tax

Dedicated Next Life Cleaning LLC provides services within Dallas County, Texas, unless otherwise agreed.
All service fees are subject to applicable Dallas County sales tax.
Clients are responsible for any taxes associated with services, add-ons, product upgrades, Refresh Kit, or Shopping & Delivery services, as required by local law.

3. Main Services

Standard Cleaning

Routine cleaning to maintain a tidy and healthy environment. Services may include:

Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
General organization of common areas

Intended for regular upkeep; specialty tasks require add-ons.

Deep Cleaning

Comprehensive cleaning including all elements of Standard Cleaning, plus:

Detailed cleaning of baseboards, door frames, corners, and hard-to-reach areas
Inside ovens, refrigerators, and cabinets
Ceiling fans, light fixtures, and vents
Intensive scrubbing of bathrooms and kitchens
Specialty add-ons as requested by the client

Recommended for seasonal cleaning, post-construction, or any in-depth refresh.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

A primary cleaning service designed to prepare a home or apartment before or after occupancy. Services may include:

Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Dusting and wiping surfaces
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Inside ovens, refrigerators, and cabinets as requested
Specialty add-ons (e.g., Carpet & Surface Focus, laundry services)

Recommended for preparing a home for new residents or after tenants move out.

4. Cleaning Service

All cleaning services are performed using professional-grade cleaning products provided by Dedicated Next Life Cleaning LLC. Clients do not supply products. Special product upgrades or requests may be accommodated by the Company and may incur additional fees.

5. Optional Refresh Kit

Every service includes one complimentary Refresh Kit, which may consist of:

Laundry Kit
All-in-One Kit
Papergood Kit

Any additional kits may be requested for $25 each. Kits are designed to give your home a fresh start and are for personal use only. Items are not automatically used during service unless specifically requested.

6. Refresh Shopping Service – Combined Shopping & Delivery Fee

Refresh Shopping Service allows clients to have household or cleaning supplies purchased and delivered for a flat fee ($20).
Optional put-away or setup service is available for an additional fee ($6).
Items purchased are for personal use and are not automatically used during cleaning unless requested

• Products are sold as is. In addition all products are sold as purchased from retail suppliers. Please follow manufacturer instructions for safe use. Dedicated Next Life Cleaning is not responsible for misuse of products.

6A. Delivery Window

• All orders delivered same day 5pm-9pm This delivery timing is estimated and may vary depending on order volume, traffic and schedule.
6B. Delivery Completion

• Orders maybe handed to the customer

• Requested to be left at the door

Customers will be notified upon delivery completion

Refresh Shopping Service $20
Putaway $6

Light Detail Add-Ons — $15 each

Wash Dishes / Dishwasher
Wipe Interior Shelves
Wipe Mirrors / Glass Surfaces
Ceiling Fan Wipe

Each tap adds one add-on at the listed price. Requests must be listed in the notes section in your quoted cart.

8. Fees, Payment, Deposit, and Add-On Fees

A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure the service date.
Photos of the space must be provided along with the deposit for booking to be valid.
Clients may pay deposits, balances, and optional tips securely via the website.
Service is performed based on the actual condition of the space; discrepancies from submitted photos will be discussed in advance.
Additional fees may apply for product upgrades or Refresh Kit add-ons.

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Minimum 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, rescheduling, or optional add-on service changes.
Clients may reschedule online via the Company website.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide property access at scheduled service time
Communicate any special instructions, safety concerns, or requests for optional services
Ensure pets, hazards, or fragile items are secured
Provide lockbox codes or access instructions if not present
Submit photos of the space prior to service
Provide at least 12 hours notice for changes or cancellations
Use the Company website to manage bookings, payments, tips, or service preferences
Understand that actual space condition may differ from submitted photos

11. Liability and Limitations

The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces or items unless caused by our services. Clients using their own products assume responsibility for their use and suitability. The Company is not liable for misuse or breakage of items purchased through the Refresh Shopping Service. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for review.

11A. Satisfaction & Re-Clean Policy

Dedicated Next Life Cleaning LLC strives to provide high-quality service. If the Client is not satisfied with the cleaning, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

At the Company’s discretion, a re-clean of the affected area may be offered. Refunds are not guaranteed, and dissatisfaction reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for re-clean consideration.

11B. Results Disclaimer

Cleaning services are intended for general maintenance and sanitation only. Dedicated Next Life Cleaning LLC does not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, discoloration, mold, mildew, odors, wear, or pre-existing conditions. Results may vary based on the condition, age, and materials of the space.

11C. Damage Reporting

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

11D. Service Access, Right to Refuse & Weather

Service Access: Clients must provide property access at the scheduled service time, including keys, lockbox codes, or entry instructions. If the Company is unable to access the property, service may be canceled and deposits may be forfeited.
Right to Refuse Service: The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, misrepresented, or outside the agreed scope of work.
Weather & Force Majeure: The Company is not responsible for service delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other emergencies.

12. Rewards Program

Participation in the Clean & Earn Rewards Program is optional. Points earned may be redeemed for discounts, free services, or other rewards. Program participation is subject to rules and may change at the Company’s discretion.

13. Monthly Giveaways / Refresh Program

The Company may offer monthly giveaways or Refresh Program promotions for clients.
Participation is optional and subject to program rules and eligibility requirements.
Prizes, rewards, or promotions may vary month to month and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specified.
Participation implies acknowledgment and agreement to any specific rules for that month’s program.
Giveaways and promotions are not brand-sponsored or affiliated with any third-party company.

14. Brand and Affiliate Disclosures

Dedicated Next Life Cleaning LLC is an independent company.
Any references to cleaning products, tools, or brands on our website or in communications are for informational purposes only.
The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brands or manufacturers, including Amazon.
The Company participates in the Amazon affiliate program, but the Amazon page and products are completely separate from cleaning services. Any commission earned from Amazon does not affect the services provided.
Clients retain full discretion over product use; the Company is not responsible for brand-specific outcomes.

15. Advertising, Social Media & Affiliate Disclosures

Social media promotions, giveaways, and rewards posts are independent and not brand-sponsored.
Affiliate links may earn the Company a commission at no cost to the client.
Giveaways, promotions, and Refresh Program incentives are not sponsored or affiliated with any brands.

16. Consent & Post-Booking Agreement

By completing a booking and submitting the required deposit and photos, the client:

Acknowledges and consents to all Terms & Conditions herein
Confirms understanding that service is based on actual space condition
Confirms understanding of optional services, add-ons, product upgrades, and Refresh Kit use
Confirms understanding of tip submission via website
Agrees to provide property access
Accepts that booking is not valid until both deposit and photos are received
Understands failure to comply with deposit, photo submission, 24-hour notice, or other policies may result in cancellation or forfeiture of deposit

17. Miscellaneous

These terms may be updated periodically; clients will be notified of material changes. Governing law shall be the state in which the service is provided. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
