These Terms and Conditions govern the cleaning services provided by Dedicated Next Life Cleaning LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) to the client (“Client,” “you”). By scheduling or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Our services include professional cleaning, optional Refresh Shopping and delivery, optional put-away, and additional service options as described herein.

Dedicated Next Life Cleaning provides professional cleaning services tailored to client needs. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Kitchen & Bathroom Focus Cleaning – Deep cleaning of high-use areas, including surfaces, fixtures, and appliances as specified.
• Basic Carpet & Surface Focus Cleaning – Spot cleaning and surface maintenance for carpets and common surfaces.
• Optional Refresh Shopping & Delivery – Purchase and delivery of household or cleaning supplies.
• Optional Put-Away / Setup Services – Unpacking, organizing, and placing purchased items in designated areas.

Service areas and tasks may vary based on client requests, property conditions, and safety considerations.

• Dedicated Next Life Cleaning LLC provides services within Dallas County, Texas, unless otherwise agreed.
• All service fees are subject to applicable Dallas County sales tax.
• Clients are responsible for any taxes associated with services, add-ons, product upgrades, Refresh Kit, or Shopping & Delivery services, as required by local law.

Standard Cleaning

Routine cleaning to maintain a tidy and healthy environment. Services may include:

• Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
• General organization of common areas

Intended for regular upkeep; specialty tasks require add-ons.

Deep Cleaning

Comprehensive cleaning including all elements of Standard Cleaning, plus:

• Detailed cleaning of baseboards, door frames, corners, and hard-to-reach areas
• Inside ovens, refrigerators, and cabinets
• Ceiling fans, light fixtures, and vents
• Intensive scrubbing of bathrooms and kitchens
• Specialty add-ons as requested by the client

Recommended for seasonal cleaning, post-construction, or any in-depth refresh.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

A primary cleaning service designed to prepare a home or apartment before or after occupancy. Services may include:

• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Inside ovens, refrigerators, and cabinets as requested
• Specialty add-ons (e.g., Carpet & Surface Focus, laundry services)

Recommended for preparing a home for new residents or after tenants move out.

All cleaning services are performed using professional-grade cleaning products provided by Dedicated Next Life Cleaning LLC. Clients do not supply products. Special product upgrades or requests may be accommodated by the Company and may incur additional fees.

Every service includes one complimentary Refresh Kit, which may consist of:

1. Laundry Kit
2. All-in-One Kit
3. Papergood Kit

Any additional kits may be requested for $25 each. Kits are designed to give your home a fresh start and are for personal use only. Items are not automatically used during service unless specifically requested.

• Refresh Shopping Service allows clients to have household or cleaning supplies purchased and delivered for a flat fee ($20).
• Optional put-away or setup service is available for an additional fee ($6).
• Items purchased are for personal use and are not automatically used during cleaning unless requested.

Deep Detail Add-Ons — $25 each

• Oven (inside)
• Refrigerator (inside)
• Pet Hair Removal
• Baseboard Cleaning (full wipe/polish)
• Additional Refresh Kit — $25

Surface & Home Care Add-Ons — $25 each for additional kits

• Additional Laundry Kit — $25
• Additional All-in-One Kit — $25
• Additional Papergood Kit — $25
• Basic Carpet & Surface Focus – Spot cleaning and surface maintenance
• Refresh Shopping Service

Light Detail Add-Ons — $15 each

• Wash Dishes / Dishwasher
• Wipe Interior Shelves
• Wipe Mirrors / Glass Surfaces
• Ceiling Fan Wipe

Each tap adds one add-on at the listed price. Requests must be listed in the notes section in your quoted cart.

• A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure the service date.
• Photos of the space must be provided along with the deposit for booking to be valid.
• Clients may pay deposits, balances, and optional tips securely via the website.
• Service is performed based on the actual condition of the space; discrepancies from submitted photos will be discussed in advance.
• Additional fees may apply for product upgrades or Refresh Kit add-ons.

• Minimum 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, rescheduling, or optional add-on service changes.
• Clients may reschedule online via the Company website.
• Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.

Clients must:

• Provide property access at scheduled service time
• Communicate any special instructions, safety concerns, or requests for optional services
• Ensure pets, hazards, or fragile items are secured
• Provide lockbox codes or access instructions if not present
• Submit photos of the space prior to service
• Provide at least 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations
• Use the Company website to manage bookings, payments, tips, or service preferences
• Understand that actual space condition may differ from submitted photos
