Thank you for choosing Dedicated Next Life Cleaning! We’ve designed our booking process to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free, so your space gets the care it deserves.

Select service, number of bedrooms,  and full bathrooms that match your space.

• If you have a half bathroom (sink & toilet only), select the ½ Bathroom Add-On 
• Pricing and time estimates vary based on the number of rooms and service type.

Optional Add-Ons available: 13 options including an additional Refresh Kit. This is separate from the Refresh Kit included in your service -that is a complimentary item to ensure a fresh start for your space.

All add- on services are available at an additional fee and are not included in based pricing unless specifically stated

• All prices are subject to Sales Tax (TX) at the applicable rate (8.25% in Dallas, TX).
• Total cost will automatically calculate before tax, tax amount, and total on your booking screen.

You can secure your booking in the way that works best for you:

Option 1: Pay the $50 non-refundable deposit

Option 2: Pay the full service amount upfront if you prefer 

The final booking screen will show a summary of your selections and totals with a 0.00 due- This is your quote, allowing you to review everything before any payment is processed.

Once your selection is made:

• Send photos of your space if requested.
• Confirm your deposit or full payment.
• If everything matches your booking, there will be no additional fees.

Note: Base pricing depends on the condition of your home. Any discrepancies between your selection and the actual space will be communicated before the service.

Total time, estimated time, and tax displayed

• Client uploads required photos of their space to verify room count, condition, and add-ons.
• Photos are mandatory for booking confirmation.

Answer final confirmation question about your booking and type “Agree” to confirm:
 

• Accurate room info
• Required photos submitted
• Understanding deposit/full payment secures booking
• Pricing may vary based on space condition

For promotions:

• A full payment is required upfront to secure the promotional rate.
• Required photos must still be submitted to verify the space.
• The final booking screen will display a summary of your selections and payment. $50 non refundable deposit and remaining payment to lock in your promotional rate. These slots are limited 

Promotional offers provide the best value while ensuring your appointment is reserved. Any discrepancies will be communicated before the service.

• Email confirmation
• Invoice (including base price, add-ons, tax, and total)
• Welcome packet with policies, tips, and expectations
• Client verifies details and prepares property access (lockbox, key, arranged instructions).
